Sri Lanka and Maldives Girls Trip: Beyond the Guidebook in 2027
A 12-day women-only journey through Sri Lanka and the Maldives, created for solo female travellers who want cultural immersion, boutique stays, thoughtful adventure and enough unstructured time to actually enjoy where they are.
There are some destinations you visit for the photographs, and others that invite you to look beyond them. Sri Lanka is both.
It has the landscapes that immediately earn a place on your bucket list: ancient rock fortresses rising above the jungle, elephants moving through national parks, trains winding between misty tea-covered mountains and a southern coastline shaped by surf. But the reason we chose Sri Lanka for our newest Girls Trip Series journey goes much deeper than its Instagram highlights.
Sri Lanka gives us the opportunity to design the kind of trip we believe women are craving more of: thoughtful, immersive and beautifully paced. A journey where the places we stay are part of the experience, where local women are not simply mentioned in the story but help tell it, and where cultural connection is built into the itinerary rather than added as an afterthought.
And when the Sri Lankan road trip ends, we are taking a short flight to the Maldives for three blissful nights on an all-inclusive island. Not because we needed to add another country to the list, but because adventure feels even better when there is space to absorb it.
This is Sri Lanka and the Maldives, beyond the guidebook. And on Thursday, September 24, 2026, ten women will have the opportunity to join us.
Peru Group Travel for Women: Why This Is the Trip You've Been Waiting to Take
There is a version of Peru that most people miss. We built the other one. Nine days across Lima, the Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, and Cusco, with an optional coastal extension to Paracas where sea lions, Humboldt penguins, and a desert oasis that looks like a mirage are waiting. Small group, fully curated, designed for women who travel intentionally. The interest list is open now.
Moroccan Magic — A Girls Trip Series Travel Story We’ll Never Forget
This was not a trip built around highlights or checklists. It was a journey that unfolded slowly, moving from the energy of Marrakech to the stillness of the Sahara, through the Atlas Mountains and out to the coast, shaped as much by connection as by place.
Why Traveling with Women Changes Everything: The Magic of Female-Focused Travel
When women travel together, something transformative happens. Beyond the photos, the plane tickets, and the itineraries, there’s an undeniable magic that comes from stepping into new places with women by your side. Female-focused travel isn’t just about where you go, it’s about who you become along the way.
Whether it’s sharing stories at a new coffee shop on the cobblestone streets in Lisbon, taking a salsa lesson in Mexico City, or making an absolute fool of yourself attempting to stand on a surfboard in Ericeira, traveling with women is powerful, healing, and unforgettable. Here’s why:
