We create thoughtfully curated experiences around the world for women who want the connection of a group trip without feeling stuck on a traditional tour. Because our travel style differs significantly from many other group travel options, our trips will not be the right fit for everyone.

Our trips are designed for women who travel well solo but are craving the connection and fun of an unforgettable girls’ trip. They are best suited to independent, adaptable travellers who are comfortable going with the flow, making decisions for themselves and exploring without needing every detail to be highly structured or individually managed.

While we thoughtfully plan group activities and excursions that bring everyone together for the bigger bucket-list moments, some of our trips are not like traditional guided tours where the entire group moves as one from morning to night. Each day includes space to tune into what feels good to you. Sometimes that means enjoying time on your own. Other times, it means joining a few women for an activity, meal or experience that matches your interests. There will also be plenty of moments when we come together to connect, have fun and experience something incredible as a group.

To be completely transparent, if you require considerable guidance, prefer every day to be fully planned and structured, or feel uncomfortable navigating free time independently, our travel style may not be the right fit for you. There are many wonderful group tours that already exist that designed to provide that level of structure and support. Travel is a significant financial investment, and we want every woman who joins us to feel confident and happy with her decision. We intentionally seek women who are confident navigating new environments, respectful of different personalities and travel styles, and comfortable balancing independence with being part of a community.

There are plenty of group travel options for women aged 18–30 and travellers over 60, but far fewer designed for women in their 30s, 40s and 50s. The Girls Trip Series was created to fill that gap. Many of our travellers sign up without knowing anyone, allowing them to experience the freedom of solo travel while sharing the best moments with a thoughtfully selected group of like-minded women.

This application is not a popularity contest, and there is no pressure to impress us or prove that you are “cool enough” to join a trip. It simply helps us understand your personality, expectations and travel style so we can ensure that our trips are the right fit for you.

The group dynamic is an important part of every Girls Trip Series experience. Our application process allows us to bring together women who share a similar approach to travel: independent, adaptable, respectful, open-minded and excited to connect with others. You do not need to be the loudest, most outgoing or most experienced traveller in the room. We are simply looking for women whose energy and expectations align with the way we travel.

This process is in place to protect the experience for everyone, including you. Travel is a significant investment, and we want you to feel confident that you are joining a group and a travel experience where you can genuinely feel comfortable, supported and yourself.

Please answer the questions below so we can get to know you better. Your application must be completed before placing a deposit on a trip. Reservations made without a completed application on file will be cancelled. Due to the volume of applications we receive, you may not receive an individual response after submitting the form. Once you have completed it, you may proceed with booking your trip. If we have any questions or concerns about whether the experience is the right fit, we will contact you directly.
